For development and testing of your PCI Express ExpressCard? LeCroy now offers the ExpressCard Interposer for PCIe x1 lane widths. The LeCroy Interposer is designed with a Universal ExpressCard slot, so that it can non-intrusively capture traffic between either an ExpressCard/34 module or an ExpressCard/54 module, and the host interface device. The interposer is used in conjunction with any of the LeCroy PETracer? analyzers (x1, ML, and EML models) to provide a complete solution for PCIe ExpressCard protocol analysis.

To use the PCIe ExpressCard Interposer, you first insert the Interposer into the host interface on either a PC or motherboard. Next, you place either an ExpressCard/34 module or an ExpressCard/54 module into the Module receptacle. A card, board, or other device may be inserted into this connection. Finally, connect it to your LeCroy PCI Express analyzer and begin recording traffic.

By utilizing the LeCroy PCIe ExpressCard Interposer with the LeCroy PCI Express protocol solutions, you can capture, view, and analyze data from your ExpressCard in order to ensure compliance with the PCMCIA specifications.
